The very old heels were broken before and it’s temporaly glued by other repair guy as proved itself on the photo at http://yp.shoewash.com. The customer knows it already and asked to the counter lady to replace only the tips. When the customer came back to pick up, she pinpointed by helself the heel out of 3 pairs in a bag (she did not even check other two.) and insisted to the MAN that it’s done here. The man explained that it’s very dangerous to wear as glued and connected her to the cobbler on the phone. She agreed to fix the broken heels with NO CHARGE including the new tips. The value is over $40.00. It does not look same as the original but it’s safe to wear with nailing inside. As always over 18 years, we do our best to satisfy our every customer.
